We often think of alignment as two or more things being perfectly in sync. However, the journey of reaching a point of alignment with another human being, a higher power or any entity is messy.

Achieving justice is a slow process. Rarely does it emerge as an enormous change that completely obliterates the injustice, the darkness. Instead, it tends to be like rain; small drops of change that emerge out of the darkness. Slowing increasing in volume, as individuals persist in their pursuit and demand for change.
